email. If you do not wish to receive any of this information, you may tell us
when you give us your personal information. You may also opt-out at any time by
contacting us. However we reserve the right to contact you regarding any
information that may have a direct effect on the servicing of your account.
Information we have collected from you will not be
given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or
solicitation without your consent. Your information may be shared with agents or
contractors of The SmithCompanies.com in order to service your account. These
agents or contractors are required to keep the information confidential and not
use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing
for The SmithCompanies.com.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data
accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place
appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and
secure the information we collect online.
We strive to keep your information as accurate as
possible. If you find that any of your information is inaccurate, you may
correct it yourself via the web site or you may contact us.
Information may be corrected by contacting us or by
logging into your Client Account using the login portion of the scholarship page
under the Serve section.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is
especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information
at our website from those we actually know are under 13. If we are aware of any
information submitted by children, that information will be deleted immediately.
